How to Create a Digital Wedding Invitation

Prepare your information before choosing a design. This walkthrough follows the current journey: choose a category and design, check the package and payment options, then personalise the invitation after payment.

1. Gather the confirmed event details

Write down the coupleโ€™s display names, event date, ceremony and reception times, venue address and contact person. Decide which languages your guests need. Check the map pin yourself; a venue name can match more than one location.

2. Preview a suitable wedding design

Open the collection and try a design preview. Sample names in previews are examples. Check the colours, text contrast and how long names fit on a small phone. Pick a design that suits your event rather than relying on a desktop screenshot alone.

3. Compare the category price and package

Select the wedding category at checkout and review its exact selling price. Read the included features and hosting duration. Editing access and hosting are separate periods; check the order details and ask support about anything unclear before purchase. Checkout shows the payment methods currently available.

4. Personalise after confirmed payment

Follow the account setup or sign-in instructions shown after successful payment. Replace the sample content with your confirmed details. Add a useful event programme and location links. Enable only the sections you need, and check which features your package permits.

5. Test RSVP, publish and share

Where RSVP is included, choose a realistic deadline and guest limit. Proofread every language, publish the card and open the link in a separate browser. Test it on a phone and send a short WhatsApp message with the link. If details change later, review the published card again before telling guests.
