This Privacy Policy explains how Inviting2u.com collects and uses your information.
What we collect
- Account details (name, email, phone) you provide on registration.
- Invitation content you enter in your dashboard.
- Order & payment references (we do not store card numbers they are handled by the payment gateway).
- Anonymous analytics for invitation views (device type, hashed IP, referrer).
- Audio upload consent records, including the account, invitation, agreement, timestamp and IP address.
How we use it
To operate your account, render your invitation, process payments, and improve the service.
Sharing
We use payment gateways for payments, email providers for transactional messages, and a private local disk or configured storage provider for uploaded audio. Audio is accessible through its invitation; client uploads are not shared with other client accounts.
Audio retention
New Standard custom audio is retained for one year from upload. Premium custom audio has no automatic expiry. Access may end earlier after removal, account deletion or a copyright restriction. The Audio uploads and copyright page explains playback links and copyright notices.
Your rights
Contact us to request data export or account deletion.
Client reviews
If you submit a review, we store your chosen display name, event type, rating, review text, verification evidence and publication permission separately from your account. Account deletion removes the account connection, but does not automatically delete the review. Publication is optional and subject to moderation. Contact support to withdraw permission or request review removal.
