How to create a birthday invitation in four steps

  1. Choose and preview a design

Look for a style that suits the birthday person, from playful colours for children to an elegant layout for a milestone dinner, and check that the name and age fit neatly.   2. Review the package and complete payment

    Choose the birthday category at checkout and check the exact price, included features, hosting duration and editing access. Pay with an available method, then follow the account setup or sign-in instructions.

  3. Add the party details

    Enter the birthday person’s name, the date, start and finish times and the venue, then check the Google Maps or Waze pin. Add the theme or dress colour and a short programme such as cake cutting and games. If RSVP is included, set a reply deadline and the maximum number of guests per response.

  4. Publish, test and share

    Proofread the card, publish it and open the link on another phone as a guest would. Send yourself a test WhatsApp message, then share the link with a short greeting and send a reminder a few days before the party.
