Audio uploads and copyright

Upload only audio you own or have permission to use. Your upload stays linked to your invitation and is not shared with other client accounts.

Custom audio is processed into MP3 and original descriptive metadata is removed. We record your agreement, account, invitation, timestamp and IP address to document permission. Guests with your invitation link can request a playback link that expires after 30 minutes. A guest who can hear audio can also record or copy it; an expiring link does not prevent that.

New custom uploads are available on Standard and Premium packages, up to 7 MB and 30 minutes per input file. Standard custom audio is retained for one year from upload; Premium has no automatic audio expiry. Invitation hosting validity is separate. Removal, account deletion and copyright restrictions can end access earlier.

Copyright notices

Send a copyright notice to the contact below with enough information to identify and review the material:

• Your name, contact details and physical or electronic signature.
• The copyrighted work and the exact invitation or audio link concerned.
• Your good-faith statement that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or law.
• Your statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act for the rights holder.

We review notices and may disable access promptly while we investigate. We notify the uploader about action taken. Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright may be suspended or terminated.

If you believe material was removed by mistake, contact us for the counter-notice process. Restoration requires review of the applicable requirements and any legal proceedings; it is not automatic.
