How to create your wedding invitation in four steps

  1. Choose and preview a design

    Browse the wedding collection and open the preview on your phone. Look at the colours, floral details, text contrast and space for long names. Preview content is a sample; you will replace it with your own event details.

  2. Review the package and complete payment

    Choose the wedding category and check the exact price, included features, hosting duration and editing access. Use an available payment method at checkout. Follow the account setup or sign-in instructions once payment is confirmed.

  3. Personalise the card

    Add the couple’s names, hosts, date, programme and venue. Check the Google Maps or Waze destination. If RSVP is included, set a reply deadline and the maximum number of guests per response.

  4. Publish, test and share

    Proofread the card and publish it. Open the link in a separate browser, test the guest features and send yourself a WhatsApp message before inviting everyone. Include a short personal greeting with the link.

Prepare the details for akad nikah and reception

Start with confirmed details from both families: the names you want displayed, the hosts, the date and the full venue address. If the akad nikah and reception take place at different times or locations, list them separately. A simple programme helps guests plan their arrival. Add a contact person for directions or last-minute questions, and check that they agree to have their number shown.

How RSVP counts guests for catering

An RSVP response and a guest are different things. A family can submit one attending response for four people. The RSVP dashboard adds the pax counts from attending responses, while declined responses contribute zero guests. For example, three attending responses for two, four and one people give seven pax, rather than three. This example explains the calculation; it is not a customer statistic.

Turn your RSVP total into a useful catering estimate

Tell guests whether the invitation covers one person, a couple or their household. Set a reply deadline before you confirm catering, then review the attendance list for duplicate responses or changes. Follow up privately with guests who have not replied. Discuss children, suppliers, family members and any contingency with your caterer separately. An RSVP total reflects submitted responses and cannot guarantee how many people will arrive.

Choose a style that suits your wedding

Some couples prefer soft floral colours; others look for a minimalist Islamic layout or traditional Malay details such as batik, songket or wau motifs. Use these as ideas when comparing the actual previews. Choose a cultural label only when the artwork really contains that motif. Prioritise readable names, clear dates and a balanced layout over adding more decoration. The suitable designs shown below come from the current collection.

Make directions easy for your guests

A venue name alone may lead to more than one map result. Check the exact pin, entrance and address on your phone before sharing. Add useful arrival details such as parking or a landmark where needed. Keep the main programme brief so guests can quickly find the date, time and directions while travelling. Ask a family member to try the card as a guest before you send it widely.

Share a warm WhatsApp invitation

Send a short greeting with the names, date and card link. Use a formal message for relatives or work contacts and a more relaxed greeting for close friends. Check hosting and updates before ordering
