How to create a qurban invitation in four steps

  1. Choose and preview a design

    Browse the qurban collection and open each preview on your phone. Choose a design that suits Aidiladha and keeps the date, time and venue easy to read.

  2. Review the package and complete payment

    Select the qurban event, then check the exact price, included features, hosting duration and editing access. Pay with an available payment method and follow the account setup or sign-in instructions after payment is confirmed.

  3. Personalise the card

    Add the host name, the date, the slaughter and meal times and the venue. List the programme, such as the slaughter, preparing the meat, distribution and the meal, and check the map pin. If RSVP is included, set a reply deadline.

  4. Publish, test and share

    Proofread the card with the committee or family, publish it and test the link and map in another browser. Share it with family groups, neighbours, the surau and volunteers.

Set out the day and the times

Qurban is performed after the Aidiladha prayer on 10 Zulhijjah or during the tasyrik days that follow, and many families and surau choose the first or second day. Write the Hijri and the Gregorian date, and give separate times for the slaughter and the meal so guests and helpers know when to arrive. Follow your local religious authority for any rulings on the timing and the animals.

Invite helpers as well as guests

A majlis korban needs many hands for slaughtering, skinning, cutting and packing the meat. Use the invitation to ask relatives and neighbours to help, and mention what to bring, such as knives, gloves or containers, if your committee asks for it. Count guests for the meal

Many korban gatherings end with a shared meal cooked from the meat. Help guests reach the venue

Slaughter areas are often behind a surau, in a field or on a farm, which map searches may not find. Check the exact pin and the entrance, and mention parking and the area set aside for the slaughter. Add a committee contact for directions and make sure they agree to show their number.

Check hosting and updates before ordering

The current price and hosting duration appear below. Hosting and account editing access are separate periods, so check both in your package and order details. Ask support about renewals or refunds before paying if anything is unclear. If the date or venue changes while editing access is available, update the card and check the published link again, then tell guests about important changes directly.
